Short version

Cosmic Challenge has no accounts, no ads, and no third-party trackers inside the Game. Your books, notes, and reading progress stay on your device. To build the global reading ranking we send only an auto-generated reader name and your current streak to dreamlo, a third-party leaderboard service. That is all — nothing more is collected, and nothing is sold.

What we send Auto-generated reader name and current streak. No email, no real name, no account.
Where it goes To dreamlo.com, a third-party leaderboard service used only to display the global ranking.
What we never do No selling, no advertising, no profiling, no cross-app tracking, no access to contacts or location.
How to delete Clear app data locally, or email us your in-game reader name to remove your ranking entry.
1. About this policy

This document describes how Cosmic Challenge (the “Game”) and the website you are reading (the “Site”) handle information. It applies to the Android build distributed through Google Play and to this Site.

For any privacy question or request, write to kerjaandro087@gmail.com. We aim to reply within 30 days.

2. Age requirement

The Game and the Site are made for players aged 16 or older. We do not intentionally collect data from anyone under 16. If you think someone under 16 has sent us information, contact us and we will remove it.

3. What the Game stores on your device

Everything you add inside the Game lives only on your device, in Android’s local storage:

  • your personal book list — titles, authors, genres, total pages;
  • your reading progress, page logs, and finished dates;
  • your notes and personal star ratings;
  • your current reading streak and daily activity;
  • an anonymous reader identity, described below.

None of this leaves your device except the single reader name and streak described in section 4. Clearing the Game’s app data or uninstalling it erases your entire library and reading history, so please keep that in mind before resetting.

4. The global leaderboard (dreamlo)

How your reader name is created

The first time you open the Game, it generates a random book-themed display name directly on your device, for example PageDreamer7421 or ShelfWalker3108. You never type this name, and it is not connected to your real name, email, phone number, Google account, or any other real-world identifier.

What is sent when your streak updates

If your device is online, the Game submits a small request to dreamlo.com, a third-party leaderboard service, containing only:

  • your auto-generated reader name;
  • your current reading streak (in days).

dreamlo keeps the higher of two values submitted under the same reader name, so this naturally stores your personal best streak. No player ID, no device ID, no email, no book list, no notes, and no location is sent to dreamlo.

Where the leaderboard data is stored

Ranking rows live on dreamlo’s servers, not on our own infrastructure. The Game reads them back through dreamlo’s public JSON endpoint and shows only the aggregated top list. We do not maintain a separate copy of the leaderboard, and dreamlo’s own privacy policy governs how it retains and processes that data.

Technical metadata. Like any internet request, the call to dreamlo also carries routine transport data such as your IP address and user agent. dreamlo receives this directly; we do not intercept it or store it ourselves.

Playing offline

You can use the Game entirely offline. If there is no connection when your streak updates, no leaderboard request is made and nothing is sent anywhere — your local streak simply continues to grow on your device.

5. Permissions the Game requests
  • INTERNET — to fetch and submit leaderboard streaks and to open external links such as the Google Play listing when you tap “Rate on Google Play”.
  • VIBRATE — optional haptic feedback during reading sessions.

The Game does not request access to your contacts, precise or approximate location, camera, microphone, photos, files, or any other sensitive permission. Your book list and notes are stored privately inside the app and are never uploaded.

6. What the Site does

This page is a static document. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, loads no advertising pixels, and has no login or contact form. The web host may keep ordinary access logs (IP, browser, requested page, timestamp) for security and delivery, under its own policy.

7. Third-party services

dreamlo.com

dreamlo is an independent leaderboard service. It receives your reader name, streak, IP address, and user agent when the Game submits or reads rankings. Its own privacy policy governs how it handles that information. We do not control dreamlo’s processing and cannot delete data on its behalf without a request routed through us.

Google Play

When you install or update the Game through Google Play, Google processes information about the download, your device, and any purchases under its own privacy policy. See Google’s Privacy Policy for details.

8. Why we are allowed to process this

Where a legal basis is required, we rely on legitimate interest in operating a working leaderboard and keeping the Game functional, and on performance of the service you requested by playing online. We do not use any of this data for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making.

9. How long data is kept

Local game data — your books, notes, ratings, and streak — stays on your device until you clear app data or uninstall the Game. A leaderboard entry stays on dreamlo’s servers until you ask us to remove it or until the leaderboard is retired. dreamlo’s own retention rules also apply.

10. Sharing and international transfers

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. The only parties involved in the leaderboard are dreamlo (as the leaderboard service) and the developer. dreamlo may process data in countries other than your own; its own safeguards apply.

11. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your information, and to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

Because local data is only on your device, you control it directly: clear the Game’s app data or uninstall the Game. To remove your leaderboard entry, email kerjaandro087@gmail.com with your in-game reader name (for example PageDreamer7421) and we will request its removal from dreamlo.

12. Security

Leaderboard traffic uses HTTPS where supported by the service. The Game keeps no accounts, no passwords, no emails, and no payment data. Your book library and notes never leave your device. No online system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, but we keep the surface as small as possible.

13. Changes to this policy

If the Game, the Site, or the law changes in a way that affects this document, we will publish a new version here and update the date at the top. Continued use of the Game after an update means you accept the revised policy.

14. Contact

Email: kerjaandro087@gmail.com

We read every message and will respond to privacy requests as quickly as we can, normally within 30 days.
